We have a dedicated chef to serve the freshly prepared meals during breakfast, lunch and tea. To get the balanced diet for our children, we ensure that our children are eating a wide variety of nutritious foods from all the different food groups. By giving our children a healthy balanced diet, we are ensuring that they are getting all the essential vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that children need for healthy growth and development.
As a general guide, children should eat:
- Lots of fruit and vegetables (more veg than fruit)
- Wholegrains (such as brown rice, whole grain bread and whole grain pasta)
- Beans and lentils
- Lean meat and fish
- Nuts and seeds.
We strongly believe in working with partnership with the parents and other professionals. Our menu will be available for parents to view on our notice board. We would really appreciate if you could share any allergies or dietary requirements suited to your children’s medical or cultural needs.
